1. What sizes do the Jumbotrons come in?
We currently offer 24", 32", and 43" models as standard. These can be roof-mounted or (for the 24") built into a portable wine barrel base. Custom sizes, including much larger builds (such as 100”), are possible but are quoted on application.

2. Do the Jumbotrons come with screens included?
No, customers provide their own screens/TVs. This helps reduce costs in shipping and handling and ensures you can choose the brand, resolution, and features you prefer without paying any extra. We can provide TVs at extra cost if you want a completed setup on arrival.

3. How are the Jumbotrons powered?
The units are designed to be powered through a standard electrical outlet. For larger or permanent installs, an electrician will need to pre-wire outlets inside the Jumbotron structure (up to 16 for bigger models) to ensure everything is safe and compliant.

4. Can I control the lighting and screens remotely?
Yes. The lighting can be switched on and off manually if your jumbotron is attached to a switch, but for full RGB colour control, Wi-Fi access is recommended. This allows you to use a phone or tablet to change colours and effects. Depending on your TV models, you may also be able to control screens this way.

5. Do we handle installation?
Currently, installation is not included in the base price. We can assist with advice and guidance, and we work alongside your installers/electricians for safe installation. Construction and installation is a fairly simple process but is time consuming so the more hands on you are the cheaper your setup costs will be.

6. Can I customise the look of my Jumbotron?
Yes! We create custom acrylic panels with your logos or designs. Panels are interchangeable, so you can swap them out for different events, teams, or themes. You can also order more panels in the future if you want to change your look!

7. What are the Jumbotrons made from?
They are constructed using an aluminium frame with acrylic panels and backlit vinyl graphics. All these are sourced and created from local Australian suppliers! 

8. Do you offer after-sales support?
We stand behind the quality of our frames and panels. If you have any issues with your jumbotron we will do our best to ensure issues are resolved quickly and without hesitation. 

9. Where are you based and do you ship Australia-wide?
We are based in Shepparton, Victoria. We can supply Jumbotrons across Australia by using independent freight companies keeping costs down. Shipping and handling fees vary on a customer basis.
