Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees certain rights for customers when goods are faulty, not as described, or do not meet acceptable quality standards.
In addition to your legal rights, we also offer returns under the conditions outlined below.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including incorrect sizing, colour preference, or accidental purchases.
However, at our discretion, we may offer:
- Store credit, or
- An exchange (subject to availability)
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
- Return must be requested within [7–14 days] of receiving your order
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Not what you ordered
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aaron@gamedayjumbotrons.com.au with photos and a description of the issue.
Once assessed, you may be eligible for:
- A replacement item
- A repair (if applicable)
- A full refund (including shipping costs)
We will cover return shipping costs for approved faulty or incorrect items.
Australian Consumer Law Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Sale Items
Sale or clearance items:
- May be final sale (no refunds for change of mind)
- Are still covered under Australian Consumer Law for faults or defects
Returns Process
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions if approved
Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item is faulty or incorrect)
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty
